Martians.land is an independent design store offering made-to-order items. All products are printed and fulfilled upon request by a third-party production partner. Because of this, order timelines and returns differ from traditional retail.

2. Orders & Fulfillment

• All items are made to order once your order is placed.
• Estimated turnaround times are:
  • Australia: 8-14 business days
  • International: 15-27 business days
• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, cancellation may no longer be possible.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• We know these timeframes are longer than ideal, and we truly appreciate your patience and support. Please accept our apology for this. As an independent brand, we are working to improve turnaround times over time while keeping the quality of the products at the level we want them to be.

• Your support during this stage helps us continue building and improving the experience.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or product unavailability.

• We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings or production methods.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping

• Shipping times vary depending on your location and local delivery services.
• Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or other external factors.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
• If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Martians.land does not claim ownership over the word “Martians” as a standalone trademark.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
