At Martians.land, each item is made-to-order—produced specifically for you once your purchase is confirmed. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse.
1. Defective or Damaged Items
We accept returns or refunds only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or with a printing error.
To request a replacement or refund:
- Email us at contact@martians.land within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a short description.
Once reviewed, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed using your original payment method.
2. Shipping Costs
We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item was confirmed as defective. If a return is necessary, instructions will be provided.
3. Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved:
- A credit will be applied to your original payment method.
- Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, your item may already be in production.
